To access your account details, click on your email at the top right of your dashboard. A drop down menu will pop-up and you should click “Account Settings” to view all of your account details.
Under the “Account Settings,” you can view your specific co:census plan details under the “Plan” tab.
To update your co:census plan, please go to your Billing link. Enter your email address and use the verification code to access your billing information, invoices, and current plan. To change or upgrade your plan, click the “Update Your Plan” button. Once you upgrade your plan, your features will automatically be updated on co:census.
You can manage your unused & used co:census licenses under the “Team” tab which is housed under “Account Settings”.
To update your co:census plan, please go to your Billing link. Enter your email address and use the verification code to access your billing information, invoices, and current plan.

To suspend your co:census plan, please go to your Billing link. After logging into your billing portal you can click the “Pause Plan”. You can pause your plan for as long as needed. Please keep in mind, once you pause your plan you will be automatically downgraded to a Free plan, with limited access to features. You can unpause your plan at anytime through these same steps.

To cancel your subscription, the admin on your company accounts will need to email billing@seamsociallabs.com with the company name and a request to cancel. Our customer experience team will respond to your request to cancel your account. Please email at least 30 days prior to your cancelation date.
