Depending on whether your survey has launched, there are different steps to edit your surveys.
This means your survey has not yet been sent out to receive responses. There are three different ways to edit your survey depending on where you are in the process:
If you haven’t submitted the survey design form under Launch Survey, you can return to the form to make changes at any time.
Once the survey design form has been submitted, you can make edits with your account manager during your Survey Design Meeting.
Following the Survey Design Meeting, you have 48 hours to make final changes to your survey. Important: Making changes after this 48 hour period is very difficult. Review your survey in detail during this time.
This means your survey has already been sent out to receive responses. To edit your survey, submit a Support Request at https://cocensus.io/support-request/. You will be charged $250 for each edit request.
